How to play & support

The basics of Aim for 100%, and help when you need it.

Getting started

  1. Choose a mountain, lake or castle challenge, its Normal or Giant size, and a seed.
  2. Move and aim, then use the selected equipment to mine rock, collect water or wash grime.
  3. Buy and upgrade equipment with resources earned during that challenge. Gear and resources start fresh on a retry.
  4. Reach 100% to finish. Share your score image, retry, or return to stage selection.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still set a record after pausing?

Yes. After pausing or moving the app to the background, you can resume and save your clear time. Paused time is excluded. The timer continues in the overview and gear store.

I cannot hear audio

Turn off Silent mode on your iPhone and check the device volume and audio output. You can toggle music and sound effects separately in the app’s Sound settings.

A challenge link will not open

Open challenge links on a device with the app installed and a version supporting the same rules. If a social service does not support the link, ask the sender for the stage, size and 20-digit seed and enter them in the app. Opening another challenge during a run asks for confirmation first.

Can I move my records and character to another device?

There is no app-specific cloud sync. Records, character designs and settings are stored on your device. OS backups and restoration depend on your device settings. Data may not be recoverable after deleting the app.

Is there an online leaderboard?

Compare times by sharing score cards and challenge links on social media. In-app records are stored locally on your device.

Do gear or stages cost extra?

One purchase includes the mountain, lake and castle challenges, equipment, appearance editor and score cards in the game. There are no ads or in-app purchases. The gear store uses resources earned during your run.

How do I reinstall the app?

Open the App Store with the Apple Account used to buy the app and redownload it from your purchased apps. There is no in-app Restore Purchases button. Restoring records and character designs depends on your device backups.

Purchases and equipment

Does buying equipment in the gear store cost real money?

You spend resources collected during the current run. Resources and equipment cannot be bought with real money.

What happens to my upgrades when I restart a mountain run?

Each new run begins with that stage’s starting equipment and zero resources. Gear bought during the previous run does not carry over. You can retry the same mountain with a different digging route or upgrade order.

Do I start with a Drill Jet?

You start without a Drill Jet in every mountain stage. In Giant stages, you can buy it for 48,000 resources collected during the run.
