How to play & support

The basics of Aim for 100%, and help when you need it.

Getting started

  1. Choose a stage, Normal or Giant size, and a seed.
  2. Move and aim, then hold the mining button.
  3. Spend gathered resources on gear in the store. Resources and gear start fresh with each challenge.
  4. Clear every block to finish. Share your score image, retry, or return to stage selection.

Frequently asked questions

Why does pausing make a run unranked?

Runs continue as practice after pausing or moving the app to the background, so clear times can be compared under consistent conditions. Start again to set a record. The timer continues in the overview and gear store.

I cannot hear audio

Turn off Silent mode on your iPhone and check the device volume and audio output. You can toggle music and sound effects separately in the app’s Sound settings.

A challenge link will not open

Open challenge links on a device with the app installed and a version supporting the same rules. If a social service does not support the link, ask the sender for the stage, size and 20-digit seed and enter them in the app. Opening another challenge during a run asks for confirmation first.

Can I move my records and character to another device?

There is no app-specific cloud sync. Records, character designs and settings are stored on your device. OS backups and restoration depend on your device settings. Data may not be recoverable after deleting the app.

Is there an online leaderboard?

Compare times by sharing score cards and challenge links on social media. In-app records are stored locally on your device.

How do I restore my purchase?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Mountain Premium & restore from the title menu and select Restore purchases. Pending purchases unlock after approval.
