Beside Works operates the Aim for 100% game app and games.beside.works. This policy explains how information is handled in the app and on this website.
Information stored by the app
The app stores best times, challenge details such as stages and seeds, character designs and sound preferences on your device. No account is required. The app does not transmit these gameplay records to our servers. Ad frequency and timing are also stored locally.
Purchases and restoration
Mountain Premium payment and restoration use Apple’s App Store. The app uses verified purchase and revocation information to determine access. We do not receive card numbers or your Apple Account password. Deleting the app does not delete App Store purchase history. Apple Privacy Policy ↗
Ads and privacy choices
Release preparation build 1.0.0 (33) introduces Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not request precise location access. The app disables ad personalization and requests restricted data processing. It does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Regional privacy choices appear when required and can be revisited through Ad privacy options in the title menu. The free mountain remains playable when ads are unavailable. Once Mountain Premium ownership is verified, the app does not request or show ads. Google Privacy Policy ↗
Deletion and backups
You can delete local app data by deleting the app through your operating system. Backups and restoration follow the OS and your settings. We do not hold copies of your local data and cannot restore deleted records or character designs.
Sharing you choose
Only when you choose to share does the app pass a score image or challenge link to your selected destination. Images include details such as time, stage and character appearance. Links include the stage, size, seed and rule versions. The destination service controls subsequent storage, publication and deletion.
Visits to this website
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. When you visit, Cloudflare may process information such as your IP address, request time, URL and browser details for delivery and security. This site has no advertising tags, analytics tags or user registration forms. Cloudflare Privacy Policy ↗
Information in support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, your message and any attachments. We use these as needed to respond, investigate issues and improve the service. We do not disclose it to third parties except for necessary processing by the delivery, payment, advertising and email providers above, with your consent, or as required by law.
